The 1967 BMW 2000CS was one of the carmaker's most stylish coupes. Look at the headlights. And the bullet-shaped side mirror far up the hood. These eccentric elements didn't carry over into BMW's next coupe. This, one of the marque's most highly-designed models, gets lots of comments on the road.
This car is SOLD.
This blog is full of photos of the car, links to interesting BMW sites, and wealth of information about the 2000CS model in general and this beautiful red 1967 in specific. It was set up to educate potential buyers about the car. It was sold in mid-July, 2007.

Although I am not a buyer, I could not help but admire this car. I am 55 years old and have been a BMW lover since I first drove one at age 17 back in 1969. I used to pine for a 3.0CS and I guess I still do but with one in college and another on his way in a year, it will have to be deferred.
This looks like a wonderful restoration and it appears that you have enjoyed it during your ownership. I wish you luck on the sale.
